Are you feeling the joy?

Philipians 1:23 ‘I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. Convinced of this I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith.’ (Paul)
Paul, a servant of the Lord, was a man who experienced severe persecution; imprisonment and the difficulties of unjust punishment. Yet he was an odedient courageous man who no matter what the outcome continued living with enthusiasm and JOY for Christ.
I wonder how often your attitude is when something difficult comes your way.
How often do you feel Joy in a situation where there seems to be none?
I shall leave that thought with you today and the the words of Nehemiah 8:10
‘The Joy of the Lord is your strength’
